Shipping Policy

Please refer to the following guidelines for shipping policies, rules, and procedures. If you need personalized attention about your order, please contact us directly. Items are sent FOB from Cedar City, UT, within the continental US, and are subject to change.

Oversized items may incur additional charges.

We don’t want you to be surprised by shipping rates, so we try to keep it as simple as possible:

• No minimum order is required.
• Any order under $99 will be shipped at a flat rate of $17
• Orders from $100-$398 will be shipped at 17% of regular price
• Orders $399+ will be shipped for FREE!*

*Invoice must be $399 at time of shipment on in stock items. Must ship together. Must ship to the continental US. Clearance priced items, special event price items, and other discounted items do not qualify for free shipping. Other exceptions may apply. What about Back-Orders?

They will be sent upon availability if invoice total is $50+, unless otherwise directed in writing. Unshipped holiday items will be cancelled. Back-orders under $50 will be cancelled unless otherwise specified in writing.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If you receive damaged goods or there is a discrepancy in your order, you must let us know within 14 days. For authorized returns, include:

• Original packaging
• Labels intact
• None of your store tags on product
• Must be protected against damage on shipment back to us
• Shipping cannot be refunded.

If you need to make a change to an order, please contact us before it is processed. If it has already been processed it’s really difficult to make any changes.
